You see, Las Fuentes are family owned and operated since we opened our doors back in 2002 in Florissant.We have over 25 years of experience in managing different Mexican restaurants throughout the St. Louis area here in Missouri. Why Las Fuentes?

Since ancient civilizations, water fountains have always been an emblem in town squares (read it with Morgan Freeman's voice). Over the years, these elements have become an expression of art and architecture. Such samples of hydraulic and decorative engineering can be found from the most secret corners of Mexico to the largest cosmopolitan cities. Just like Mexican gastronomy. Water is a symbol of vitality. And the cycle of water flowing over a fountain represents the harmony and tranquility of the surrounding space. In "Las Fuentes" restaurants we allude to these same characteristics to represent the harmony, tradition and life that flow through our Mexican cuisine. These values are transmitted to the restaurants for our customers and our staff members. Our secret? Be good with your food and to your people (not a BIG secret, but you get the point).
